For commodity and thanks to our partnership with a travel agency, in a single payment you will be able to cover the conference fee, hotel booking and airport transfers. If so desired, you can also inform the agency to check rates for air flights to Madeira, and also the flight may be included in the single payment. After submitting this form you will receive an e-mail with all submitted data including the total cost of your registration (in some hotel options you will have to wait for another contact with an updated total). After you receive the confirmed total of your registration, you can download the payment form (here: ), fill in all necessary data and send it to the contacts specified in the form.

The fee values for options 1 and 2 are valid for payments until March 31st. After this date, fees will increase 25€. In options 1 to 3, the fee includes all main program contents (1 day Doctoral Consortium and 3 Conference days), meals, tours and 1 copy of the Springer proceedings book. *Option 4 is for 1 day participation on the DC only with conference proceedings not included. **Option 5 is the fee value per day with tour/dinner and proceedings not included.

Hotel options
Here you can choose to book the desired amount of nights in the official conference venue hotel (Vida Mar) or in some of the other partner hotels. These are special reduced conference rates and include breakfast. Due to high occupation because of the flower festival these rates (for all hotels) are only valid for check-in on Monday May 5th or after. If you wish to do check-in before, it is possible that we may be able to provide rooms at the same rate but subject to availability. In that case we will contact you with the rates for the nights previous to May 5th and an updated total for payment.

The conference fee - options 1 to 3 - includes the social program of 2 island tours and 2 dinners. If you would like that the persons accompanying you also participate in this social program, please specify here how many persons (cost of 90€ per person) will participate. Note: there will be alternative social programs (morning and afternoon time) for accompanying persons that won't be present at the conference paper sessions and talks. These alternative programs will be announced soon.
