A strengths-based group for those who feel deeply and want to live with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

Highly Sensitive People process life more deeply: emotionally, cognitively, and energetically. This workshop offers a compassionate and practical introduction to what that means and how to access the unique gifts of your sensitivity.

The HSP Collective is a supportive group designed for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) who are ready to understand and embrace the unique strengths of their sensitivity.

Together, we’ll explore:

Education about the genetic trait of high sensitivity and what it truly means to be highly sensitive.
Tools and practices to help you regulate, recharge, and thrive in daily life.
A sacred space for connection with other sensitive souls who “get it.”
Experiential practices to access and embody the gifts of sensitivity (deep empathy, intuition, and creativity, etc)

Weekly Themes to be addressed through group dialogue, partner interactions, solo journal prompts, and experiential activities for integration:

Re-Defining Your Narrative: Self-Compassion and Releasing Shame
Sensitivity as Wisdom: Your Internal Guidance System

This group offers a mix of learning, guided practices, and meaningful connection, helping you honor your sensitivity not as a burden, but as a powerful gift. Community is the heart and guiding light where individuals unite to give and receive support, while exploring each other’s unique gifts. Without others to reflect our true selves with vulnerability and compassion, it’s easy to lose sight of who we are and our purpose in the world. Now more than ever, we need safe, supportive spaces where we can experience a deep sense of belonging and be witnessed with compassion. In this group, you'll be held in a safe community where you can both give and receive genuine support. Here, you’ll discover the gifts of your sensitivity through reflective connections and compassionate witnessing. Youʻll also experience a space where you are truly seen, heard, and empowered to embrace your authentic self.

The intention of this group is to create a sacred container where HSP women can bring their authentic, present moment experiences, fostering a heart-centered space of unity and openness. In this space, we lift each other up through collaboration, allowing for all emotions to be expressed freely. We listen with curiosity, embrace differing opinions, and uphold agreements that ensure emotional safety. Confidentiality is respected, and we hold space for one another with integrity, welcoming new insights with playful receptivity. Hosted by Angie Schaeffer, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Guide for HSPs and Empaths, lifelong student of heart-centered consciousness, Akashic Records Reader, and explorer of group spaces as a catalyst for healing.

With nearly 20 years of experience in mental health, I have gained expertise in crisis intervention, residential treatment, inpatient/ day treatment, and outpatient therapy across diverse populations. My work spans individuals of all ages, socioeconomic status, and ethnic backgrounds. Currently, I specialize in supporting highly sensitive people (HSPs) in my private therapy practice.

In my intuitive healing practice at Soul Insight, LLC, I blend my clinical expertise with training in channeling spirit guides, angels, ancestors, and other spiritual resources. I also connect with the Akashic Records to help individuals reconnect with their core essence on a soul level and align with their Highest Selves.
