St Mark's Church School Private Bus Services Term 3 - 2018
Tuesday 26 June 2018

Dear Parents and Caregivers

The introduction of the two new St Mark's Church School bus services has been a fantastic option for St Mark's families to get children to and from school.

Registrations for Term 3 are now being taken. As family circumstances and activities change from term to term both new and existing users are required to complete the form.

Bus #1 - Starting in Paparangi at 7:20am – Grenada - Churton Park - Johnsonville - Khandallah – Railway Station – St Mark's Church School

Bus #2 – Starting at Simla Crescent Train Station, Khandallah at 7:28am - Ngaio - Wadestown - Thorndon - Karori Village – Kelburn - Te Aro – St Mark's Church School.

In the afternoon both buses will leave St Mark’s at 3:10pm and will follow the same routes as above, but in reverse order. Bus #1 will go via the Cathedral of St Paul, Molesworth Street on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Routes and timetables are on the school web site (About - Transport).

All bus users are required to fill in a Bus Code of Conduct form for the year. If you have not filled in this form please do so as soon as possible. Copies are held at reception and on the website.

We take the safety of the children very seriously so we require parents to notify the school office, by 2pm, if there are changes to their bus travel on a particular day. This information will be passed through to the bus duty teacher.

The cost of using these services will be $190 for up to half the week and $380 for over half the week per school term which will be charged to your sundry account.

Please complete the form by Thursday 5 July 2018.

Kind regards,
Darren Houston
Deputy Principal
