One is to send to any of your references who are currently RAs, PMs, SS, or any similar student staff position at Regis. The other is for all other references (employers, faculty, etc.).

    RESIDENT ASSISTANT POSITION CHECKLIST

    I have completed the Resident Assistant/Peer Minister Application. I have turned in a 1 page, typed cover letter to the Office of Residence Life by Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at 4 PM. I have turned in a 1 page, typed resume to the Office of Residence Life by Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at 4 PM. The persons filling out the Resident Assistant Candidate Recommendation Forms know that the Office of Residence Life, Housing, and Event Services must receive them by Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at 5 PM for candidates to be fully considered for the 2014-2015 academic year. I understand that I need to apply for housing for the 2014-2015 academic year at www.regis.edu/housing. If I am offered an RA position, the Office of Residence Life will work with me to transition out of the housing that I signed up for and into my RA accommodations. Deposits will be waived until staff decisions are made. I understand that I need to check my Regis email account on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2014 to see if I have been passed on to the group interview portion of the Selection Process. I understand that if I am passed on to the group interview portion of the Selection Process that I MUST attend the group interview on Saturday, February 1st, 2014 from 9 AM-12 PM, unless I have an ACADEMIC obligation. If this is the case, I will contact Taylor Ehrhard (tehrhard@regis.edu) no later than Friday, January 17th, 2014 by 5 PM. In case of inclement weather, the group interview will take place on Saturday, February 8th, 2014.
