American University Membership Intake Intent Form- NPHC/NALFO Chapters
Student Activities must be notified prior to any National Pan Hellenic Council / National Association of Latino Fraternal Organization chapter beginning a membership intake process. The purpose of this notification is to ensure that Student Activities is aware of membership activities and to ensure adherence to American University and Student Activities policy. This form must be submitted to Student Activities on the date designated each semester in the FSL calendar and before membership intake process. If the chapter does not intend to have membership intake, a form must be completed and turned in.
Each organization must comply with all of the rules and guidelines of their international/ national organization regarding the membership intake process. Any changes to the information below must be updated with Student Activities.
