West by Northwest School of Massage, LLC is committed to your education, safety and advancement in Massage Therapy.  We require all students and staff to approve a Washington State Patrol Criminal Background check before being accepted into the program.  By agreeing below, you authorize our staff to perform this mandatory safety check before accepting you into any of our programs.  Once we receive your application, you will receive a Registration Fee ($100) invoice which covers all administrative costs, including the background check.  This fee is non-refundable unless you email us within three business days that you are no longer interested in attending the program AND we have not processed your background check. *
