The above Club wishes to enter the following teams into the LRU Mini/Midi (U9-U13) Festival for season 2025–2026 and agrees to abide by the rules as laid down by the LRU and published on the LRU website. Please enter the number of teams you would like to enter in the box’s for each age group, I will try and accommodate all teams where possible. 

This is an Age Grade specific Festival – all players must be in their correct chronological Age Grade, unless POOAG forms have been submitted and approved. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED AS PLAYERS FOR THE CLUB.

Payment Requirements & Photographs

Do not send any payment as your club will be invoiced, entry into the Competition is an acceptance of these terms. The entry fee this season is £40 Plus VAT  per Team and is not refundable 

There will be a professional photographer present, and should you have a player that should not be photographed can you please make them known to the photographer and/or the Competition Organiser on the day.
