INSCRIÇÃO EXCLUSIVA PARA GRUPOS E COMPANHIAS PROFISSIONAIS :
Recomendamos que leia atentamente as condições necessárias para a participação do seu espetáculo nesta FEIRA DE TEATRO DE BONECOS, MARIONETAS E FORMAS ANIMADAS que se realizará na vila de FREIXO DE ESPADA À CINTA, Portugal, nos dias 2, 3 e 4 de setembro de 2021.
A FEIRA é um espaço privilegiado para promoção de espetáculos que pretendam ser conhecidos e divulgados em diferentes circuitos, festivais e outros locais que se interessem pela programação deste teatro. Foi concebida como espaço de mostra artística e local de encontro entre criadores e produtores, programadores de circuitos nacionais e internacionais. Pretende facilitar o diálogo e negociações, para que os espetáculos apresentados possam ter mercado de trabalho que garantam a sua continuidade e partilha com diferentes públicos.
A FEIRA OFERECE AOS GRUPOS E COMPANHIAS AS SEGUINTES CONDIÇÕES:
- Hospedagem com alimentação para toda a equipa durante o dia da apresentação na Feira ( Assegura essas mesmas condições para Um elemento representante do espetáculo durante toda a Feira)
- Co-participa com gastos de transporte ou ajuda de custos (dentro da Europa) avaliando-se as condições de cada proposta e de acordo com os interesses da Feira.
- Apoio técnico na montagem ( luz / Som / Instalação)
- Salas e Teatro para os espetáculos com essas necessidades.
- Tendas ou espaços específicos para exposição de materiais de promoção dos espetáculos.
- Espaços para demonstrações de técnicas e metodologias. ( Os interessados devem apresentar uma proposta com todas as indicações e exposição dos projetos.
- Espaços propícios para “Encontros especiais” com grupos de espectadores.
- Espaços e condições especiais para os candidatos que pretendam realizar “oficinas” com grupos pré organizados. (Os interessados devem apresentar uma proposta com todas as indicações e exposição dos projetos. )
- Uma Agenda para “Encontro de Negócios” com programadores e produtores convidados, com marcação de horários previamente estabelecidos, onde podem negociar seus espetáculos apresentando propostas para todos os Programadores convidados.
- Divulgação do espetáculo selecionado em todos os materiais de promoção da Feira.
- Cada espetáculo poderá realizar mais de duas apresentações no programa geral da FEIRA ( o número de apresentações será estabelecido de acordo com os interesses do participante e da Organização FEIRA)
- A FEIRA emitirá CARTAS CONVITES para Grupos, Companhias de outros países, para facilitar a solicitação de apoios para viagens as Instituições dos seus países.
Os Espetáculos que sejam “patrocinados” ou apoiados por Instituições que exijam divulgação das suas marcas, devem comunicar e apresentar as logo-marcas para inclusão nos programas e materiais de promoção.

REGISTRATION EXCLUSIVE FOR GROUPS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES:
We recommend that you read carefully the necessary conditions for the participation of your show in this 2nd edition of the FAIR OF THEATRE OF MUPPETS AND ANIMATED FORMS that will be held in the city of Fafe, Portugal, on the 28, 29 and 30 of June of 2017.
The FAIR is a privileged place for the promotion of shows that want to be known and disseminated in different circuits, festivals and other locations that are interested in this theatre’s program. It was conceived as a spot of artistic exhibition and a meeting place among creators and producers, as well as programmers of national and international circuits. It aims to facilitate the dialogue and the negotiations,.in a way that the presented proposals may reach the market, helping to ensure their continuity and supply to different audiences.
THE FAIR OFFERS TO THE GROUPS AND COMPANIES THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Board and lodging for all the team members in the day of presentation in the Fair (and for ONE representative team element throughout the entire fair)
-"Transfer" from/to the airport (Oporto/Fafe/Oporto) upon request
- Co-participation in cost of coverage and/or transportation (within Europe), after evaluation of each specific funding requests, following selection criteria and interests of the Fair
-Technical support in the assembly (Lights/Sounds/Installation)
- Theatre and halls facilities for indoors shows which requires such condition
Tents or specific spaces for materials exhibition towards promotional activities
-Spaces for demonstrations of techniques and methodologies (Interested candidates should send an application proposal with detailed information of the requirements and presentation of the project. Send email for:

-Propitious areas for "Special Meetings" with groups of viewers
-Spaces and special conditions for candidates that want organize workshops for pre-arranged (interested participant must send an application proposal with detailed indications and project presentation. Send email for:

will have an agenda of meetings and business rounds between guest programmers and producers, previously scheduled, in order to pitch and negotiate your shows to the guest programmers.
Distribution and divulgation of the selected show in all promotional materials of the Fair
-Each show can perform more than two presentations in the general program of the FAIR (the number of presentations will be established according with the interests of the participant and the Organization of the FAIR)
-The FAIR will issue INVITATION LETTERS for Groups and Companies of other countries, in order to facilitate the request of support for travels to institutions in their countries.
- The shows that are sponsored or supported by institutions that demand divulgations of their brands must communicate and send their logos to be included in the programs and promotion materials.
