Request Form to Enroll in THOR Course at Another UMS Institution

If you are interested in enrolling in a THOR course at a UMS institution different than your home institution, you'll need to complete this form to initiate that process.

Once this form is submitted, the THOR Institute will work with the appropriate registrars to see about getting you enrolled in the course in MaineStreet.

Note: If you are taking a THOR course at your home institution, you do not need to complete this step - just enroll in MaineStreet as you normally would.
