Dinner Coordinator: This person should have good people skills and organizing abilities. He or she must be willing to give a few hours a week, and be able to lead others and ask for help. He or she will manage the dinner sand recruit table captains and table hosts.
- Participate in pre-event planning
- Recruit table captains and table hosts, and ensure adequate communication between table hosts and the organization. The dinner Coordinator makes sure hosts invite guests and that each host does the needed follow-up and calling to encourage invited guests to attend.
- Manage the evening event, including overseeing the volunteers who serve at the event, overseeing the seating of guests, and ensuring needed set-up and clean-up.
- Oversee the night of the dinner, making sure the event runs smoothly.
