We are providing travel expenses depending on the distance of travel and up to a maximum of 40 € for every official that is not affiliated with the hosting or a visiting league of the event.

We always ensure water, coffee, tea and a buffet at our events (vegan, vegetarian and omnivore options available) for your convenience. If possible please bring your own bottle/cup/plate/cutlery as we try to minimize plastic waste.
