Assessor Registration form for eDofE.

You must have a primary role that is not an Occasional Helper role and have completed Module 1 and GDPR. They must also have an in-date DBS and Ongoing Mandatory Training (Safety, Safeguarding and First Aid if relevant to your role). 

Once this form is completed we will complete your registration form to HQ. This can take up to 14 days to be added to eDofE.
