Childcare Advice Referral 2023-2024 
This referral form can be filled in by students or staff.

Advice is given to students who have potential barriers to accessing childcare, this could be because they are young parents or have vulnerabilities or language barriers, or their child/ family may have additional needs. 
This can make it difficult for them to secure and maintain suitable childcare arrangements and funding. If the student is aged 16 to 19 at the start of the course, they are a priority group for childcare support and advice.

The information you give will be used to decide on urgency of the issue and the priority order in which the student is contacted.  We aim to make initial contact with the student within 5 working days. At busy times such as enrolment and induction it may take longer.
