DBC Mission Trip Application for Returning Applicants
Welcome to the Denver Baptist Church short-term missions team member application form. We are excited that you are considering becoming a team member on a short-term mission trip!

As a reminder, here are the application steps:
1. Upon completion of this application, it will be reviewed by the DBC Missions Committee/Pastoral Staff ensure it is complete, that all applicant participation criteria is satisfied, and to consider its final approval.
2. Turn in a trip deposit of $200.
3. You will receive notification of your application status and may be asked to complete an authorization to allow completion of an updated background check. (We complete a new one for participants every 3 years).
4. Once the background check is satisfied, your Mission Team Leader will contact you regarding team training.
