Any potential Billet Program host families will be required to fill out this application form. Successful applicants will be required to obtain a criminal record check for all individuals residing in the home, who are 18 years of age or older.

The information you provide on the attached forms will enable us to assess your potential suitability as a host family in our Billet Program. All information shared in this application will be regarded as confidential and will only be used for the stated purpose. In order to best match players will host families, some information may be shared with players and their families.

Once completed Whitecaps FC staff will follow-up with all applicants, within 3-5 business days.
