BETOAJIは、世界中の人々にベトナムの文化を紹介しながら、ベトナムの貧しい子供を支援することを目的として、日本に留学しているベトナム人留学生によって設立された慈善団体です。日本各地で、ベトナムの食や文化などを伝える様々なイベントを主催しています。今回、名古屋でベトナム料理教室を開催することになりました。第2回料理教室のメニューは「Chả giò-揚げ春巻き」と「Thạch Xoài-マンゴーゼリー」です。みんなでベトナム料理を作った後、試食しましょう。みなさんから頂いた参加費から諸経費を差し引いた金額は全て、ベトナム北部山岳地帯に住む貧しい子供たちを支援するために使わせて頂きます。ご興味をお持ちの方は、是非、ご参加ください。

BETOAJI is a non-profit organization established by Vietnamese students. The aim of BETOAJI is to introduce Vietnamese culture to Japanese and International friends and make donations to poor children back in Vietnam. We have organized various events to present Vietnamese culture in cities across Japan. One of the events is a cooking class of Vietnamese traditional dishes. The menu for the second cooking class in Nagoya is "Spring Rolls (Chả Giò)" and "Mango Pudding (Thạch Xoài)". Each participants will cook under the guidance of a Vietnamese volunteer who is good at cooking. After that, all participants will enjoy eating the dishes together. All profits from the class, if any, will be donated to poor children in mountainous areas in Viet Nam. Come and enjoy Vietnamese food with BETOAJI.
