Grant Researcher/Coordinator - Position includes researching, assisting in writing, and coordinating the grant application process. The grant researcher/coordinator will work with the board directors. This role is crutial in securing funding to support the cooperative's mission and programs.

Treasurer - The treasurer is a board of directors position (must be a member of BCCM) which includes keeping books and records of receipts and disbursements, depositing of moneys, and BCCM filings.

Outreach Coordinator - Build relationships with local groups, businesses, organizations, educating them on the co-op and its mission. Recruit new owners. Be present at our events and help foster owner participation in events. Works with board directors regularly regarding activities and progress.

Volunteer Coordinator - Recruit and manage volunteers. Ensure volunteers are matched with suitable roles and maintain records of activities.

Newsletter Writer - Responsible for updating our newsletter on a monthly basis. Will work with board directors, attending board meetings strongly encouraged.

Email Coordinator - Responsible for coordinating email campaigns, sending out emails to membership, updating our contact list, and helping to monitor and respond to email requests.

Social Media Coordinator - Manage and execute the co-op's social media strategy. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, monitor social media trends. The coordinator will work closely with the board directors to ensure that content aligns with the Bay City Cooperative Markets brand and goals.
