The Water Tower does not hold a Liquor License, therefore we CANNOT offer a cash bar option. All alcohol must be offered complimentary with the add on cost of a bar tending service of $40/hour per 100 people, plus the cost of a one day Host Liquor Liability Insurance Policy...ALL your cost.
