T'ruah will run eight, 90-minute sessions starting at 12:00 p.m. ET over the course of 2024-2025, co-facilitating Kirva's Dismantling Racism from the Inside Out (DRIO) curriculum. The course looks to combine mussar techniques with antiracism practices to make change in our world. The course is not intended as a racism 101 course, but will hopefully give tools to folks who have already begun immersing themselves in making structural change in this world. In addition to the monthly 90-minute sessions, every participant will be paired and meet with a chevruta partner for an additional hour per month. Due to the important nature of the work, we expect participants to participate in every aspect of the Community of Practice.
