You must have Liability Insurance Coverage with a minimum policy of $1,000,000 and provide an insurance certificate listing Wookiefoot, Shangri~La, Harmony Park, & Harmony Marketing as additional insured.
NOTE: YOU MUST ALSO SUBMIT A $200 DEPOSIT TO ENSURE YOU WILL ONLY USE ECO-FRIENDLY COMPOSTABLE PRODUCTS IN YOUR BOOTH. IF YOU USE ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT ECO-FRIENDLY & COMPOSTABLE, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE DONATED TO AN ENVIRONMENTAL ORGANIZATION AND YOU MAY NOT BE INVITED BACK.  AS LONG AS YOU COMPLY WITH THE ECO PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS, YOUR ECO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER THE EVENT.
By checking "I Agree", the vendor agrees to abide by all information in this contract.  Upon acceptance, this becomes a legally binding contract. The vendor also agrees that all information is filled out fully and correctly and that no items will be sold other than those on the pre-approved menu.  Project Earth reserves the right to revoke vending privileges if the vendor breaches this contract or behaves in an unlawful or unacceptable manner.   *

The deadline to apply is April 15th. After you submit your application, we will email you an invoice for your booth rent and additional vendor tickets if you have been accepted to vend.  Payment MUST be received in full by June 1st for your application to be considered.  If we have not received payment by June 1st your application will be discarded and we will move to the next application on the waiting list.
