Reporting a student absence
THIS FORM IS FOR REPORTING AN ABSENCE FOR AN ARGYLE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT.

Please complete one form per student. Be sure to select "submit". Once the absence is submitted you will receive a confirmation email.

If an absence is due to a medical appointment, you will need to provide a note from medical provider within 3 days of the absence.

For early dismissal procedures please see below.

Please remember if your child is vomiting or running fever, they must be symptom free (without medication) for 24 hours before returning to school.
