The purpose of this survey is to gauge parent interest and student availability for the possible creation of online summer school courses to review prior year instruction and supplement student learning. Your input will help us to determine the number and types of classes to offer and the number of teachers we will need to hire. The online courses will be "live instruction" and will be taught in the mornings five days per week. The three week courses will run from July 13 through July 31.

The submission of this survey does NOT commit you to joining a summer school course. Parents with more than one child may submit a second survey.
