PAYMENT TERMS
The retreat fees are:
-Shared Room @ $3550 all inclusive (only available for a pair coming together)
-Private Room @ $2350 all inclusive
Costs may be paid in USD at actual day`s exchange rate. Payment is due as follows:
- $500 upon application (non refundable)
- Final payment due by Sept. 1st, 2020
- If payment is late, the spot will not be held.

 Refund policies:
- If canceled before Sept 1st, 2021: Amount paid to date (beside non-refundable deposit)  is refundable
- If canceled before Sept 15th, 2021: 25% refund of the amount paid to date (beside non-refundable deposit) is refundable
- If canceled between Sept. 15th, and Sept 23rd 2021: 15% refund of the amount paid to date (beside non-refundable deposit)
- No refunds for cancellations after Sept. 23rd, 2021

** If YogaKoh cancels the event for any reason, full refund including non-refundable deposit will be granted.
** If YogaKoh postpones the event for any reason, full refund of funds paid to date will be granted except the non-refundable deposit which will be transferred to another retreat.

CONDITIONS
We follow the health recommendations of the CDC and WHO and will stay up to date and act according to their recommendations.

We require all participants who have potentially been exposed to COVID-19 to receive a COVID-19 test prior to coming on retreat.
If you are found to have a positive result we will give you a refund of the amount paid, (besides non-refundable deposit), and your deposit will be transferable to another retreat held by Dancing Spirit Ranch and YogaKoh.

We will check temperatures upon arrival. If you have a high temperature or are feeling unwell, you will not be allowed to participate in the retreat, and will be allowed a 50% refund of the amount paid beside non-refundable deposit or have the choice to transfer funds into another retreat held by YogaKoh and Dancing Spirit Ranch.

Once the retreat starts if you find out you have been exposed to COVID, you will be asked to leave the retreat and you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid beside non-refundable deposit or you can transfer your funds to another retreat held by YogaKoh and Dancing Spirit Ranch.

Due to this we recommend you practice social distancing prior to coming on retreat.

YogaKoh is not responsible for refunds of costs associated with travel.

YogaKoh reserves the right to change aspects of retreat details like hosts and inclusions dependent on circumstances.
