Chouteau County Country Christmas Vendor Request Form 
YOU WILL BE HOSTED AT THE: ELEMENTARY GYMNASIUM 1406 Franklin St, Fort Benton, MT 59442 (15th Street Entrance)

You will be provided with an 8’ table and folding chairs as needed. No food will be provided at the location, except what is sold at vendor booths. Please feel free to visit our wonderful restaurants in town!

Building will open at 8:00 AM for setup. Booths will be open from 10 am
to 4 pm.

Complete online requests AND $20 BOOTH RENTAL no later than November 17,
2023:

• by mail PO Box 101, Fort Benton, MT 59442
• in person at the River Press, 1408 Front Street


(Booth rental fees are made payable to Fort Benton Chamber of Commerce
to help cover advertising and printing expenses, activity prizes, and
custodial fees for Chouteau County Country Christmas.)
