Campus Event Registration Form
Recognized Religious Student Groups and Campus Ministries must register their event with the Office of Religious Life via the Student Group and Campus Ministry Campus Event Form. ORL approval of this form is necessary to reserve space in Murray-Dodge Hall or through University Scheduling.

All university events are governed by policies as stated on the ODUS website. Please review at
