FY22 Tobacco Awareness Program For Teens: Enrollment Form
Thank you for your interest in Howard County Health Department’s Tobacco Awareness Program for Teens.

This free education program is designed for students who violate school policy on underage tobacco use. This program may also serve as primary prevention (education) for students, parents, educators, or general community members who are interested in learning more or may be concerned for a youth's risk of using tobacco products. This free program includes:

1. Information about the risks and harms of using:
- Tobacco (cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, smokeless tobacco)
- Electronic Cigarettes
- Dissolvable Products
- Waterpipes/Hookahs
- Marijuana

2. Opportunity for students to assess their own patterns of use and to learn skills to adopt healthier lifestyles
