Terms and Conditions for Stallholders

1. VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE RECREATION GROUND, unless agreed. You will be
expected to park in the parking area to unload. Wheelbarrows will be available to help you
move your goods to your stall, but please return them to the collection point (car park)
when you have finished with them.
2. Once you have unloaded your goods from your car and before setting up your stall, it is
essential that you move your car to the school car park (on School Road, drive down the
school drive) to enable other stallholders to use the car park or roads nearby.
3. Stalls can be set up any time after 9.30 am and it is the responsibility of individual
stallholders to look after their own stalls.
4. Committee members are on hand to help and are easily identified by their red RVF t-
shirts.
5. The Fayre starts officially at 12 noon.
6. All stallholders should provide their own money floats and change; the Village Fayre
Treasurer cannot do this for you.
7. Payment will be requested by the treasurer during the fayre.
8. The Committee wish to point out that it is illegal to sell alcohol or give prizes containing
alcohol to any person under the age of 18.
9. Once the Fayre is over (approximately 4pm), please take down your stall and clear away
any litter into a recyclable bin sack and place it in the skip in the car park.
10. NO single use plastic. We are working towards a sustainable fayre. We have a provider for reusable cups & are happy to discuss & help you find alternatives to any other products that might need to be substituted.
