St. Brigid Faith Formation Registration / Registro de Formacion en la Fe en St. Brigid
This form is for all students in K-12th grade. St. Brigid's will be offering faith formation for ALL grades this coming year. We will also have a once a month family faith formation night. You may fill out this form online, however, you will still be required to drop off students birth and sacramental documents if you have not already done so to the parish office.  We are so excited to offer FULL faith formation this upcoming year! 
Este formulario es para todos los estudiantes de K-12 grado. Brigid's ofrecerá formación en la fe para TODOS los grados este próximo año. Tambien tendremos una noche familiar de formacion en la fe una vez al mes. Usted puede llenar esta forma en linea, sin embargo, usted todavia tendra que dejar los documentos de nacimiento y sacramental de los estudiantes si usted todavia no lo ha hecho a la oficina de la parroquia.  ¡Estamos muy contentos de ofrecer formación en la fe completa este próximo año!
