Hopkins Hustle 2015 Bid - May 9-10, 2015
This bid, along with payment, must be submitted completely by Friday, April 3rd, 2015. Please complete separate bids for each A/B or Open/Girls teams.

To complete your bid, make a $325 check payable to "Hopkins Ultimate" and mail it to:

*Write your team name and division on the Memo of the check (e.g. "Hopkins HURT/Open Div.")

*If you team is sending two teams for a single gender (A/B or V/JV), your entry fee per team is discounted to $590 total ($290 per team). Please send separate checks for $295.

*Due to the weather issue last year, we will be publishing a formal weather policy on our website by Friday, February 13th. If you have questions or concerns, please email me below.

Bids will be accepted on a rolling basis for the Hopkins Hustle. Please ensure you are submitting your bid early to ensure a spot in the event. Your bid is not complete until a check is received! We have reached full capacity the last several years and want to ensure those who plan ahead don’t need to wait until early April to finalize their plans. See you at the fields!

 We will do our best to provide housing options for all teams that request it; we anticipate being able to provide housing for all.  The 2 Coaches/Chaperones must stay with their teams if the team stays at a house of a Hopkins family.  We ask that any additional adults/fans attending the Hustle provide their own lodging.  We are looking at blocking off hotel rooms at a special rate in the Hopkins/Minnetonka area for this purpose - please let us know, too, if you are planning on staying in a hotel. We will contact the hotels about potential blocks of rooms in this case.
