Lisa Canedo/Canedo Event Planning assumes no risk and shall not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss, legal action or expenses that may arise or come to the exhibitor or exhibitor's employee, or exhibitor's goods or property, or to the public from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitor understands that he/she should carry business/personal liability insurance.
. The Coordinator reserves the right to cancel any or all future reservations made by any vendor acting in a manner deemed to be inappropriate.
(No refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason that seems liable for the promoter to cancel) (Promoter has already paid for advertising, venue and all expenses that come with putting on a show.)
Vendors must be present and set up during all hours open to the public. No early tear downs.
You must be checked in before 9:00 am the day of the show. (No late arrivals)
We close up the spaces starting at 8:30
Teardown begins at 2:00 pm. (Please don't start to tear down before 2:00).
Park over by the hospital.
It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect Iowa sales tax and remit to the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance. If you do not have a sales tax number, you may complete the permit registration online at
