ABVM Holiday Craft Show & Bazaar
Our Holiday Craft Show & Bazaar is always a successful event and is taking place on 2026 on November 7 in the lower level of the Church located at 6390 Belmont Avenue! Fill out the form below to reserve your spot as a vendor. All proceeds from the craft show will go towards the Youth Ministry program. The only contact for this Craft Show is Michelle, and I will never ask for payment online. All payments will be made through check and mailed to the Parish Office. 
  • The craft show will go from 9 am to 3 pm. Vendors are required to keep their booths open until 3 pm. No early break down is permitted. 
  • It costs $60 for a 10' x 10' Gym Space with electricity, $55 for a 10' x 10' Gym Space without electricity and $20 for a Kids Vendor Space. If you fill out this form before March 1st, you will get $5 off your space fee!
  • The night before, Friday, November 6, is reserved for early set up if you would like. You can come to set up starting at 6 pm that night, however it will end promptly at 8:30 pm.
  • If you choose not to set up the night before, you can come on the morning of the show to set up starting at 7:00 am. 
  • A menu of breakfast and lunch items will be sold throughout the duration of the craft show. Coffee is free for vendors, but please bring your own mug for re-use.

Checks for booth fees may be mailed to ABVM Parish "Arts & Crafts," 6390 Belmont Avenue NE, Belmont, MI 49306. Checks should be made payable to Assumption BVM Church. A waiver must be signed upon check in at the event. You are responsible for your own tables and table coverings. We only have 8 spaces with electrical hook up and they will be sold on a first come-first served basis. All other spaces are not able to provide electricity. We reserve the right to reject any objects we feel are of questionable taste. You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are selling baked goods, please read the Cottage Food Law and abide by all regulations.
