Linux is the primary operating system we use with our computers. While we are able to provide Microsoft Windows in some cases, we are not always able to, and Linux will be provided instead. Linux is a free, stable, and reliable operating system that allows us to provide an up-to-date computing experience. Some people actually prefer Linux over Windows. If you absolutely need Windows, we will try to provide it. Otherwise, your system may have Linux installed.

Are there any special things you intend to use this computer for? Your computer will come with an office program, email, web browser, music player, etc. Other than these common things, is there any other type of software you would like us to provide? We can't make any guarantees, but we will definitely try.
Finally, are there any accessories you need with your computer? Some people already have things like a printer, mouse, and keyboard from a previous computer. If we have any of these things in stock, we can provide them along with your computer. If you absolutely do not need these items, we ask that you please do not request them so that we may be able to provide them for someone else.
