This is a call for posters for the 2015 OK-ACRL Conference to be held at the OSU-Tulsa Campus on November 6th, 2015.  We would love to see a poster from you based on our theme of "Re-Imagining the Library."  Please brainstorm ideas and submit a proposal!  Poster guidelines are listed below.  THE DEADLINE FOR POSTER PROPOSALS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, OCT. 23RD.  Presenters will be notified of acceptance by Monday, Oct. 26th.

1. At least one of the authors must be present during the assigned time to answer questions and discuss the contents of the display with conference attendees.

2. Poster presentations can introduce innovative programs, digital projects, unique services, new technologies, or new ideas for library spaces.

3. Displays should be visually appealing, and they should clearly state the purpose of the display.

4. Presenters are encouraged to bring hand-outs or other supplementary materials as well as a sign-up sheet to record names and addresses of attendees who would like additional information.

5. Presenters must bring their own materials to mount their displays or have their displays already mounted on their own poster board.  Presenters are responsible for bringing their own easels (if need be).

Anyone can submit a proposal and attend the conference. There are no membership fees for OK-ACRL.  We encourage all those interested to join!  The membership form can be found at: http://www.okacrl.org/become-involved/.
