Encorepreneur is all about stepping outside your confort zone and taking on new challenges. Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger certainly did that when she  transitioned from a "normal" job in a RIchmond marketing firm, to a  political candidate, and then, just three weeks before the breakfast, to a member of the 116th Congress.

We don't plan to ask abouit policy positions or political issues. This is all about Rep. Spanberger's unique encorepreneurial experience. We want to know what inspired her to start this effort, what were some of the biggest personal challenges she faced during the race, and what it is like to suddenly be involved in the major issues that we read about every day.
