I acknowledge that using firearms is an inherently dangerous activity that may result in harm or even death, and choose to participate in this training (including the range activities) of my own free will. I do hereby hold harmless and indemnify Choice Services Group LLC, Steven Adams, other Choice Defense Training instructors and range officers, their heirs, and assignees of any liability for my actions or the actions of others and any injuries or damages that may happen during or arise from this training or at any time thereafter.
