Post-Stroke Speech Rehabilitation Survey
Hello, my name is Scarlett Silvestro. I am a Junior research student at Yorktown High School in Yorktown Heights, New York. Thank you for participating in this survey on post-stroke speech rehabilitation.

A few important notes before you begin:

All scenarios in this survey are based on typical situations for the different types of aphasia. If there is any information that is not included in each scenario, you can assume that the standard deficits for each aphasia subtype are afflicting the patient. Some examples may include: typical insurance status of the patients, the average age range for the type of patient, etc.)

The purpose of this survey is to get a better understanding of the different ways Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) treat their clients depending on their year of certification.

You must be an SLP who is 18 years old or over to participate in this survey.

This survey is anonymous and all responses will be kept completely confidential.

This survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Once you start this survey, please finish completing it before leaving the website, or your responses will not be recorded.

An asterisk (*) indicates that the question must be answered in order to complete the survey.

If you have any questions regarding this survey or would like to hear about my findings, feel free to contact me (scarlett.silvestro@yorktown.org) or my science research teachers, Paul Rubeo (prubeo@yorktown.org) and Stephanie Burke (sburke@yorktown.org)

Please consider forwarding this survey to any SLPs that would be willing to participate in this survey.

Thank you for your participation.
