By submitting this online form, you are agreeing to purchase a raffle ticket for the 2026 Sheriff's Legacy Foundation's Rifle Raffle. See below for raffle details, please read carefully before submitting.
  • Raffle Sponsor: Cascade County Sheriffs Foundation dba Sheriff’s Legacy Foundation, 3800 Ulm North Frontage Road, Great Falls, MT 59405, tax-exempt non-profit organization as described in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 83-4147249, sheriffslegacy@gmail.com.
  • Tickets: $50/each *Sold: February 26, 2026 – October 7, 2026, at 12PM. Drawing will be held at the October 7 Legacy Foundation Meeting.
  • Tickets may be purchased using cash, check, debit, or credit card.
  • When paying by check, include Name, driver's license number, phone number, and address with check.
  • If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the ticket will be removed from the drawing. Checks should be made payable to “Sheriff’s Legacy Foundation” or “SLF”.
  • Need NOT be present to win. All winners will be notified by mail or phone.
  • Winners MUST pass background check prior to receiving firearm.
  • Purchasers name on ticket must be the same individual receiving the firearm.
  • Name on the ticket cannot be changed after purchase.
  • Proper identification is required to claim prizes. Winner must present a valid photo ID with their actual physical address.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform the Sheriff's Legacy Foundation of address or phone number changes by mail. Notification shall be sent to: Sheriff's Legacy Foundation, 3800 Ulm North Frontage Road, Great Falls, MT 59404.
  • A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold.
  • Ticket sales will end no later than noon, October 7, 2026.
  • Winning tickets will be drawn at the October 7, 2026, Sheriff's Legacy Foundation regular meeting in Great Falls.
  • All Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations apply.
  • Proceeds go toward the Sheriff's Legacy Foundation.
  • Grand Prize is a Barrett .50 BMG Rifle with NightForce scope and Pelican case, total value $10,750. Second Prize is a $500 Scheels Gift Card. Third Prize is an Outdoor Cooler Package, value approximately $100.
  • Prize winners shall receive their rifle through Treasure State Armory, 3400 Kingwood Dr, Great Falls, MT 59404.
  • Unsold tickets will become the property of the Sheriff's Legacy Foundation and will not be eligible for the drawing.
  • Prizes not claimed by December 31st will be forfeited to the Sheriff's Legacy Foundation.
  • Winners must be at least 18 years of age and meet Montana gun eligibility requirements. 
  • Each ticket purchased is eligible for one of the three prizes.
