2020 Team Application Form
Bootcamp teams must be comprised of 3-4 RC students (or 2-3 with a Roberts Fellow) working on the same venture concept. Teams must be assembled and this form must be completed by 5 pm on Monday, October 28th. There is a mandatory Discovery Workshop for all team members on Nov. 7 OR 14 (times and location TBA). To qualify for admission to the January-term Bootcamp, all team members must attend a Workshop and also must submit a set of assignments by Jan. 3rd.

There will be a team matching session on Monday, October 7th, 5:30-6:30 pm, in Hive 301 for any teams less than three members needing Joiners and for Joiners who are looking for a team.

Please select a primary point of contact (PoC) from your team to complete the form below. The PoC will serve as the main point of contact for your team throughout Bootcamp.
