Fall 2026 - Consignor Drop & Go Agreement
Thank you for choosing our Drop & Go Service. This form will only take a couple of minutes to complete. Once you hit submit, you will see the link to sign up for a Drop and Go appointment. 

Items do not have to be donated to participate in Drop and Go, but all items brought during Drop and Go will NOT be guaranteed.

Drop and Go will be: 

Monday, August 17th from 4pm-7pm

Tuesday, August 18th from 9am-12pm

Please read and agree to all Consignor Drop & Go Policies & Procedures. The link to sign up for a Drop & Go time slot will be given after you submit this form.

Drop & Go is a $16 service fee (we are paying our team to quality check and put your items out on the sales floor) that will be deducted from your consignor check.

Barcode Label Requirements

NO barcode labels are to be placed directly onto an item or bag. They must be applied to a white string tag and taped to the item with masking tape. 

I agree that all items will be labeled with both a string tag and Rhea Lana's barcode label.

Clothing Requirements for Drop and Go 

I agree that all clothing will be prepped, separated, and bundled by gender and size. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

I agree that the following holidays will NOT included with my items: St. Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July

I agree that my items will not have holes, stains, or odors (pet, mildew, smoke, etc), and will be high quality.

I agree that by utilizing Drop & Go my items are NOT guaranteed.

Shoe Requirements for Drop & Go

I agree that all shoes will be bundled by gender and size (we recommend bringing them bundled in grocery bags).

I agree that all shoes will have a piece of masking tape with consignor number and price on the bottom.

Shoes that are not up to our quality standards will immediately be pulled.

Nook & Small Toys Requirements for Drop & Go

I agree that all bundled toys or small baby items will be placed in Ziploc bags and will have my consignor code and price written on the bag.

I agree that the barcode label string tag must be attached to a string tag placed on the bag - NOT directly on the bag.

Large Item Requirements for Drop & Go

I agree that big items will have a barcode label/string tag placed on the item.

I agree that all large toys and baby gear will be labeled with masking tape that includes my consignor code and the price of the item.

Potential additional fees: 

I agree to additional sort fees for items not sorted as agreed to above. Battery fees for items with dead/no batteries ($1 per battery), and/or excessive sort fee which would apply if your batch(es) have an abundance of stained items or broken items. 

The excessive sort fee is $20 per consignor code. This will only be applied if an excess of low quality items are discovered when we are sorting. We are serious about quality. The excessive sort fee will also be applied if you do not bundle your items by gender & size. Drop & Go processing takes a lot of time, and we really need to make sure consignors do their part at home prior to dropping off.

Consignor Agreement: 

Settlement of Account:
As a Consignor I agree to offer quality items priced at approximately 25%-30% of retail price. I will decide which, if any, items will be included in the half-price sale. I understand that I will receive a minimum 60% of my total actual sales. I understand that I will pay a participation fee of $12.00 which will be deducted from my settlement check.I agree that by participating in Drop & Go, $16 will be deducted for the Drop & Go service.

Liability for Recalled Items:
Rhea Lana's of The High Desert is aware and supportive of the efforts of the Consumer Protection Safety Commission to remove recalled items from the resale industry. Rhea Lana's of The High Desert has a digital database on recalled products available in the store. These binders are available for Consignor review. Consignor agrees not to consign any unsafe or recalled items. Rhea Lana's of The High Desert shall not be liable for the sale of unsafe or recalled items which are offered for sale by Consignor. Consignor shall defend and indemnify Rhea Lana's of The High Desert in the event of any claim or liability arising from Consignor's sale of an unsafe or recalled item at a Rhea Lana's of The High Desert event.

Donated Items
Rhea Lana's of The High Desert is not a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Consignor shall not receive a donation receipt. Consignor has the choice of picking up their unsold items during the designated pick-up hours or leaving their items behind. If you wish to make a tax deductible donation of your items, DO NOT select the option to donate your unsold items on the Rhea Lana's of The High Desert website. Items left behind after the event has concluded must be removed from the event location immediately and shall be the property of the individual owner of Rhea Lana's of The High Desert and shall be handled at the sole discretion of the owner of Rhea Lana's of The High Desert. By selecting “Donate” for any item in my online Rhea Lana's of The High Desert account, I acknowledge that this items will not be made available to me during the designated pick up hours, will not be subject to the Guarantee (described above), and such items will be under the sole control and possession of the owner of Rhea Lana's of The High Desert.

Settlement checks will be emailed to every consignor, you may print and deposit at your bank. All checks are cashable at any JW Chase Banking Location for a small fee.
