REGISTRATION:  YOUTH/CHILDREN’S MUSIC PROGRAM 2016/2017 -  FIRST CHURCH IN BELMONT
Please use this form to register for the Youth/Children's music programs at The First Church in Belmont for the 2016/2017 year. You may register to start either September 12 with the musical, or November 21st, after the musical finishes. All children in the musical must participate in the choir for the entire school year. The musical this year will be The Magic Flute, by Mozart.

Musical participation is $115 per singer. Payments should be sent directly to the church. Please include your child's name(s) on the memo line of the check, and mail to:
