(1) The PiE Parent Volunteer Form renews every year. If you have submitted the 2025 PiE Parent Volunteer Form, you will need to submit the 2026 PiE Parent Volunteer Form in order for us to reach out to you for the year 2026.
(2) By submitting this form, it indicates your interest to volunteer and allow us to contact you nearing the event date. Do note that it does not constitute a confirmation to the event itself.
(3) The sign-up is open for parents/guardians with a child attending FMS(P) in 2026.
(4) All information provided will be kept PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL and will be used solely for the purpose of communication and coordination of school events.
