Are you looking for another person to share the cost of travel or lodging - like co-renting a hotel room or traveling from the same region together? Fill out the form below to be added to our "Solidarity Housing & Buddy Finder" google group for quicker and more efficient communication with other conference attendees. The google group will include folks seeking housing and travel support/companionship (you!) and those offering housing near Dillard University. 

Please note: We are no longer pairing conference attendees. Once added to the google group, folks will be expected to self-organize next steps via emails to the group. BUGs moderators will be available for support, if needed.

Alternatively, folks are encouraged to utilize the [BUGs] Solidarity Housing Space and [BUGs] Buddy Finder Space in the Whova app once they've registered. These can be found as discussion topics in the "Community" section of the app.

Folks seeking lodging buddies:
- Ideal lodging dates
- Describe your most ideal buddy roommate or solidarity housing situation (For example, age range, gender, dietary restrictions, etc.)
- Ideal lodging accommodations (For example, splitting hotel or AirBnB costs with. It's ok to name if you're unsure and wanting to talk more with other folks first!)
- Your personal deadline to confirm lodging plans
- Share a bit about yourself. What should someone lodging with you know?

Hey, y'all! I'm Betty, traveling from Austin, TX and am hoping to hitch a ride with someone to NOLA. I can drive and would like to split gas, tolls, and actual driving. I'd like to head out Friday and drive all day. I'd be open to heading out late Thursday if someone is interested in catching the farm tours.

I'm comfortable driving. I can listen to music, chat, or sit in silence. I'm easygoing and down to follow the natural flow of our dynamic. Please let me know if you'd like to talk more and thank you!
