Open to all kids entering JK to Grade 6 (Born 2020 to 2013).  
August 12-16, 2024.  9:00am to 11:30am.
at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church in Jarvis.

Kids will arrive at 9am and be seated with their group in the Chapel for Worship Time.  From there they will rotate through various stations (Crafts, Games, Bible Storytime, and Snacks) in their Groups for the week (arranged by age).  Each group will have a Wrangler Leader and a Wrangler Helper who are with them each day and bring them around to all the fun activities!  Then all the children will gather back in the Chapel at 11:15 for closing Worship Time.  
We are excited to share the love of Jesus with YOUR child(ren) and celebrate God's greatness with them!
Don't forget to mark your calendars for our closing ceremonies/community worship on Sunday, August 18 at 10am, at the Jarvis Lions Park/Pavilion.

By completing this form to attend VBS, I/we give permission for my young child(ren) to participate in Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church from August 14-18, 2023, 9-11:30am & agree to the following Publicity, Medical, & Liability Agreements:
1)  Publicity: I authorize Jarvis Community VBS to take photos of my child(ren) during VBS activities for non-promotional uses such as slide show for closing programs & Sunday services.•  
2) Medical Custody Release: I authorize Jarvis VBS to seek & authorize medical attention in the event my child(ren) needs medical care for emergency reasons.  I understand a call will be made to the parent(s)/guardian(s), but if contact cannot be made on first call, that medical care may be authorized by the program leaders. •
3) Release of Liability: I understand there are risks associated with all activities including VBS activities. I agree to not hold Jarvis Community VBS, its directors, officers, agents &/or  volunteers liable for any claims of damages or injury to my  child(ren) or my child(ren)’s property that may occur through the normal course of VBS.  I understand the VBS leadership will make every reasonable attempt to provide a safe & caring environment for my child(ren). *
