Library Assistant Application/Agreement Form

Library Assistant period(s) are available to Seniors who are interested in receiving elective credit, work experience, library work skills, and a chance to learn responsibility. In the event that all the library tasks have been completed, students may work on homework for other classes. Students must follow the qualifications and expectations below. Students who fail to meet the qualifications or expectations will be removed from the class. Students will receive a letter grade for this class. This grade is determined by productivity, participation, punctuality, and attendance.

Grades will be based on attendance, punctuality, and participation in assigned daily tasks. I understand that points for off task behavior can never be made up
