Creative Hub Worcester is always looking to collaborate with artists, makers, educators, yoga, Pilates, and fitness instructors, dance and movement teachers, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practitioners, and community organizers who want to share their skills, ideas, and energy with our community.

If you’re interested in leading a class, workshop, or multi-session series, we’d love to learn more about your idea. Whether you’ve taught many times before or are stepping into teaching for the first time, this form helps us understand your vision, space needs, and scheduling preferences.

We also welcome proposals for community gatherings, maker meetups, creative circles, and similar events that bring people together in meaningful and engaging ways.

We review submissions on an ongoing basis and will be in touch as programming and event opportunities align. Thank you for your interest in being part of the Creative Hub Worcester community.

Safety & Facility Restrictions

Creative Hub Worcester operates in a shared facility with safety and ventilation limitations. The following activities are not permitted inside the building:

Open flames or fire-based processes

Heavy electrical equipment or high-power machinery

Aerosols, spray paints, or airborne chemicals

Strong fumes, solvents, or chemical vapors

Carpentry involving power saws or wood-cutting equipment

Oil painting workshops must follow strict disposal procedures for solvents, rags, and paint waste.

Outdoor workshops may allow certain materials (such as aerosols), but these must be planned separately and approved in advance.

Yoga, Pilates, fitness, dance, movement, breathwork, meditation, and somatic offerings are welcome. Please note any special flooring, spacing, sound, privacy, or accessibility needs in your proposal.
