Joining Observer and Lobby Corps (OCLC) is an opportunity to learn about the legislative process and advocate for the issues that are most important to you. Depending on your availability and interest, you can observe a bill or a committee, write a report for our Capitol Letter, help shape testimony, contribute to Action Alerts, and/or build relationships with legislators. This can all be done virtually or in person, regardless of experience. This survey is meant for the League of Women Voters Minnesota (LWVMN) to better understand the areas of interest and experience of LWVMN members who will be leading our advocacy efforts at the Capitol this year.
