Brockley Max 2026 Event Form

One form per event to be completed in full and returned by 27 March 2026. Event forms received after this date will not be included in the printed programme.  

If you are a musician and want to perform at the Opening Night on Fri 29 May, Max In The Park (Hilly Fields Sat 6 June) and other performance opportunities please apply here. We've updated our T&Cs so please read them before applying.

You must include a venue name here (which must be confirmed with the venue. There's a list here for suggestions, but there are others. If you put TBC, your event cannot be included.  If your event is online, include a URL here (Eventbrite etc let you simplify it or use Tinyurl as readers of the printed programme cannot copy & paste).  If you're holding your event in a commercial venue ie bar/pub or cafe, you must let the venue know that they will have to pay an event fee (see below) & include the person's contact details.  Contact June if you need help. *

Please upload an image that we can use (if space) in the programme. Note the image will only be approx 3x2 cm in the programme - so please find a suitable image and is large enough ie 1 -3 MB. For social media and website, if you have a lo res (under 1MB) please also include and name them lo res or hi res. 

Images must be saved with name and date of your event - eg Dans comedy night hi res 3rd June.

No words on the image please as these will not show.   Note by uploading you are giving Brockley Max permission to use the image.
