Session Booking Form
Southside Paintball will call your provided number to confirm and supply a deposit invoice to your provided email address. For paintball sessions, a deposit of $36 per player is required, and will cover each player's entry & first 100 paintballs.

Please note that a session is not confirmed without a deposit or a call from Southside Paintball and refunds will only be given with at least 3 days notice.

Note: "Daytime" sessions (11am-1pm) are the only available session time for weekdays, and are not available on Saturdays or Sundays. 
Normal session times are available on weekdays during school holiday periods.

Do you accept the terms and conditions of booking? *
I am required to pay a deposit per person to secure a date and session. If a person attends the session the amount of the deposit will be credited towards the person's purchases during the session. If a person does not attend the session, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation or change of date within three (3) days of the session results in forfeiture of the deposit. If prior notice of more than 72 hours of the intent to change the date or time of the session is provided by the customer, any deposits paid shall be transferrable to the new date and time if available.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please also note that player slots will be booked on a "first-deposited" basis -  i.e. spaces will be held only for deposited players. Please ensure that deposits are paid quickly after bookings are made to secure your desired number of player slots.

We advise that group organisers obtain deposit fees from all players before paying deposits. As advised above, deposits for groups that reduce in size or cancel within 3 days of the session or non-attendance at the session will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
