We are a neighborhood conversion charter school of the former Thomas Jefferson Elementary/Middle School at 605 Dryden Drive, Baltimore MD 21229. We serve students in Pre-K through 8th grade. As a conversion charter school, our priority is to serve students living in our neighborhood enrollment zone. If seats are still available, a lottery will be held for those living outside the school zone. Please complete and submit this application form for each child you wish to enroll. Families must provide proof of Baltimore City residency.
Application Deadline: Monday, February 2, 2026 (Any applications received after 11:59PM on 2/2/26 will not be included in the lottery drawing and will be added to the waitlist in the order in which they were received after the lottery).

Notes:
1. Applications received after February 2, 2026 will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist and will not be included in the February Lottery.
2. Applicants who receive an offer of enrollment after the lottery must respond by the due date stated in the notification.
Baltimore City Public Schools require all children aged 5 by September 1 to be enrolled in Kindergarten. Priority thresholds do not apply to K-5 applicants. Non-zoned middle school students go through the Middle School Choice process during their fifth-grade year. The middle school choice application is available beginning in December 2025 and is due mid-January 2026.
Please make sure all of the information you submit is accurate and only submit one application per child. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate applications.
