Keychain Commission Inquiry

This form serves as a request order for a keychain commission from yosb at http://yosb.tumblr.com. The mini full-body figure will be rendered digitally. The base order covers this and a physical copy laminated with a lanyard (2.5") mailed to you.

Commissions are processed in a first-come, first-serve order. I will begin processing orders on MAY 31st; this form will be live before that date.

I will not charge you until I am ready to begin your order. By completing this form, you agree to pay the PayPal request and related fees. The flat-rate US shipping and handling is $2.00, and the flat-rate international shipping and handling is $3.00. Each base keychain commission is $21 USD, PayPal fee included. All prices are in USD.

The total must be paid upfront.

I will also be offering pre-ordered keychain commissions pick-ups at conventions. To check if I will be tabling near you, please see my convention schedule: http://yosb.tumblr.com/conventions. In the case of convention pick-ups for traditional commissions, the shipping fee will be waived.

My upcoming convention is ANIME EXPO 2014 in Los Angeles, California, from JULY 3rd to JULY 6th.
